Founder Story

From Fashion to Coffee Craft

Born in Thailand, I began my professional journey in the fashion industry, operating a successful fashion house in Bangkok. This venture provided opportunities to travel extensively, gaining exposure to diverse cultures and ideas.

During one of these journeys, in Florence, Italy, I discovered a small roastery and café where I experienced what I consider the finest coffee I had ever tasted. That moment marked a turning point and inspired a new vision to design, build, and operate a coffee establishment of my own.

Today, I am proud to lead the FABB Academy of Coffee, an institution dedicated to delivering world-class coffee education and professional training to baristas and coffee enthusiasts in Thailand. Our academy is equipped with advanced facilities and cutting-edge equipment to ensure a comprehensive and practical learning experience.

The FABBAOC project stands at the forefront of Thailand’s coffee industry, driving innovation and continuous improvement in every aspect of coffee — from farming and roasting to brewing, cupping, and serving. Through our work, we aim to cultivate a deeper appreciation for coffee as both a craft and a culture.
